Central Whidbey Hearts and Hammers is a Central Whidbey not-for-profit organization made up of an all-volunteer Board of Directors and volunteers assisting neighbors within the Coupeville School District (see map below) who are unable physically or financially to make needed repairs or projects (brush clearing, shrub or tree trimming, mowing, etc.) that keep them and their home safe for daily living.

We ONLY accept projects we are confident we are able to take on with our volunteer crews and budget. We serve homeowners within the Coupeville School District. Visit our Homeowners page to apply for your project.

NOTE: Homeowners submissions made after February 15th each year are not guaranteed for that year’s May workday.

Emergency needs for Homeowners

Homeowners within the Coupeville School district with immediate needs that are not included in projects approved for our annual May Workday and affect their SAFETY can request we assess an issue to determine if our Volunteer Emergency Action Repair Team (HEART) team can assist.
